Hotel Brisalta sits on the green hillside above Cala Llonga, where the pine forest meets the sea. Guests come for the calm: there is no music by day, the garden is full of lemon trees and bougainvillea, and the bay is a short walk down a shaded path.
Breakfast is served on the garden terrace until half past ten, with bread from the village bakery, local cheese and fruit from the hotel orchard. In the evening the garden bar mixes herb cocktails and serves small plates until midnight.
The reception team books boat trips, bicycles and tables in the village, and the hotel shuttle meets guests at the airport on request.
